Installation Instructions for Wall Stickers with Transfer Tape

Required Materials:

• The wall sticker with transfer tape
• A squeegee (or a rigid card like a credit card)
• A clean, dry cloth
• Painter’s tape (recommended)
• A pair of scissors
• A ruler or measuring tape

1. Prepare the surface

Make sure the wall surface is clean, smooth, dry, and dust-free. Clean the wall with a dry cloth to remove any dirt or dust.

If the wall has been freshly painted, wait at least 2 to 3 weeks before applying the sticker to allow the paint to fully dry.

2. Position the sticker

Unroll the sticker and cut any separate pieces if necessary.

Position it on the desired spot on the wall, securing it temporarily at the top with painter’s tape.

Use a ruler or measuring tape to ensure it is straight and at the desired height.

3. Separate the transfer tape from the backing paper

Carefully peel back one corner of the transfer tape (the transparent film) from the backing paper (the white paper), ensuring that the sticker stays attached to the transfer tape.

Continue slowly peeling off the transfer tape from the backing paper, making sure all parts of the sticker come off with the tape.

4. Apply the sticker to the wall

Once the transfer tape is completely separated from the backing paper, gently apply the sticker to the wall at the desired location.

Use your hands to smooth it down and avoid air bubbles.

5. Smooth the sticker

Use a squeegee (or a rigid card) to press firmly across the surface of the transfer tape.

Work from the center outwards to eliminate air bubbles and ensure the sticker adheres properly to the wall.

6. Remove the transfer tape

Wait a few minutes to allow the sticker to fully adhere to the wall.

Then, start to slowly peel off the transfer tape by pulling it at a 180-degree angle (nearly parallel to the wall).

If any part of the sticker remains stuck to the transfer tape, press that area again with the squeegee before continuing to remove the tape.

7. Final touches

If you have small air bubbles, gently pierce them with a pin and press down with your fingers or the squeegee to flatten them.

Gently wipe the surface of the sticker with a dry cloth for the finishing touches.

Additional Tips:

• Apply the sticker in a dry environment at room temperature.
• If your sticker is large, you can cut the transfer tape into several sections to make application easier.
