Right of Withdrawal

! IMPORTANT ! : The returned product must be in excellent condition (no folds, properly rolled, no scratches, etc.) and returned in the original packaging or suitable packaging. If the original packaging was damaged during transport, the product must be returned in equivalent, good, and sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives back without any issues. Please note that if the product arrives in poor condition at our premises, it will no longer be usable, and we will not be able to process the refund. In this case, the product will be returned to you at your expense and in its current state.

If you did not mention any possible damages to the received product during our first written conversation, it means that the product is considered to be in excellent condition and has been thoroughly inspected by you. In case of damages not mentioned in our first exchange, a refund or exchange refusal will be communicated to you.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.
Exercising the right of withdrawal:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) sent by mail to the following address:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to LUMALÉA - Zone industrielle de Caldaniccia 20167 Sarrola-Carcopino.
Without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Note that all products on the site are made to order, and due to the multitude of possible combinations, there is little chance that the returned product can be ordered by another customer. Therefore, in case of your withdrawal, a 35% fee will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover material and printing costs (you will be refunded the total amount of your order minus 35% in fees).
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of goods which, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of goods or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
