It is specified beforehand that these Terms govern sales by www.lumalea.co.uk Each purchase on the site is governed by the General Conditions applicable on the date of the order. By confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our General Terms of Sale after having read them.

In the event of a dispute, French law will apply.

ARTICLE 1 - PRICES

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included and excluding delivery charges.
1.2 - All our products, regardless of their origins, are payable in euros.
1.3 - Lumaléa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
1.4 - The items remain the property of Lumaléa until full payment of the price.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDER

2.1 - Orders are placed exclusively on the website: www.lumalea.co.uk
2.2 - Orders can be placed from a desktop computer, a smartphone, or a digital tablet.
2.3 - Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
2.4 - Lumaléa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
2.5 - The buyer can find all the details concerning their order in their customer area, including the order form, delivery note, invoice, and tracking number.

ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION

3.1 - You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms of Sale before finalizing your order.
3.2 - Upon confirmation of your order, payment is immediate, except for bank checks.
3.3 - The confirmation of your order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms of Sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by www.lumalea.co.uk constitutes proof of all transactions made by www.lumalea.co.uk and its customers.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDER PROCESSING

4.1 - Lumaléa manufactures all your orders within 1 to 4 days, excluding closed days and holidays (Monday to Friday).
4.2 - The processing of orders is automated from order placement, manufacturing, shaping, packaging, to shipping.
4.3 - Colors, Sizes, Texts, Fonts, etc. will no longer be modifiable once the order is confirmed.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

5.1 - Products purchased on the site www.lumalea.co.uk are delivered in France, throughout Europe, the DOM-TOM, and beyond.
5.2 - Your order will be delivered to the delivery address specified when you placed your order.
5.3 - The indicated delivery times are the usual times, i.e., 48 hours for mainland France.
5.4 - Lumaléa offers one delivery method:

1/ Delivery by La Poste Colissimo 24/48h for all products on the site.

5.5 - Any return of goods due to "incomplete address" or "does not live at the indicated address," the customer undertakes to provide the exact address for the reshipment of their order with shipping costs of 7.90€ by Paypal.
5.6 - All orders returned for the following reasons: "incomplete address," "does not live at the indicated address," "unclaimed package," "failure to pay return shipping costs subject to a claim beyond 3 months," will be considered lost and non-refundable.

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT

6.1 - Payment for your purchases is made:

- By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, and other credit cards
- By Paypal

6.2 - Orders paid by Credit Card or Paypal are debited immediately from the buyer's account and processed automatically according to the deadlines stated in the ORDER PROCESSING section.
6.3 - Orders paid by check are processed upon receipt of payment within the deadlines indicated in the ORDER PROCESSING section.

6.4 - The Lumaléa site does not accept payments by bank transfer or cash order.

ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT SECURITY

7.1 - All payments are secured by BNP Bank and Hipay, which use an SSL encryption process.

ARTICLE 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1 - You have a period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for the return and reshipment costs which will be borne by the customer.

Note that all products on the site are made to order, and with the multitude of possible combinations, there is little chance that the returned product can be ordered by another customer. Therefore, in case of withdrawal on your part, a 35% fee will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover material and printing costs (you will be refunded the total amount of your order less 35% in fees).

The mentioned period starts from the receipt of the package.

! IMPORTANT ! : The returned product must be in excellent condition (no folds, properly rolled, no scratches, etc.) and returned in the original packaging or suitable packaging. If the original packaging was damaged during transport, the product must be returned in equivalent, good condition, and sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives back without any issues. Please note that if the product arrives in poor condition at our premises, it will no longer be usable, and we will not be able to process the refund. In this case, the product will be returned to you at your expense and in its current state.

If you did not mention possible damages to the received product during our first written conversation, it means that the product is considered to be in excellent condition and has been thoroughly inspected by you. In case of damage not mentioned in our first exchange, a refund or exchange refusal will be communicated to you.

8.2 - The right of withdrawal and refund cannot be exercised for products personalized according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized in accordance with Article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code.

ARTICLE 9 - EXCHANGE

9.1 - For any item to be exchanged (excluding personalized items)

accompanied by an explanatory note regarding the exchange, and especially your order number. Include a Paypal for 7.90€ for reshipping costs.

Please note that the exchange can be made for an item of the same or higher value. If the item you want exceeds the amount you have already paid, calculate the difference to be paid without considering current offers and discounts, and make the payment including shipping costs.

ARTICLE 10 - CLAIMS

10.1 - Claims without specifying the order number and the name of the customer who placed the order will not be considered.
10.2 - All claims sent by email or registered mail, established beyond 3 months, will be considered invalid.
10.3 - The company declines all responsibility for the quality of the products if they have been used or damaged during repackaging or transport to our company. They will not be exchangeable or refundable.
10.4 - For claims regarding the receipt of a damaged package, you will be asked to send by email or registered mail, photographs of the packaging and damaged products. Only products shown in these proofs will be considered.
10.5 - In some cases of payment default, you will be asked to justify your claim by email to contact@lumalea.co.uk, or in writing to our postal address with bank proof of debit. Your name, surname, bank name, and debit line must be included.
10.6 - All orders lost or not received will be reshipped 30 days after the purchase date. No refund can be made for these orders.

ARTICLE 11 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.
Exercising the right of withdrawal:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

You must return or hand over the goods to LUMALÉA - Zone industrielle de Caldaniccia 20167 Sarrola-Carcopino.
Without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract.
This period is considered met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Note that all products on the site are made to order, and with the multitude of possible combinations, there is little chance that the returned product can be ordered by another customer. We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of goods which, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of goods or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
